The following terms and conditions establish the contractual agreement between you and Wokingham Airport Specialist Hub. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
In this agreement, "Wokingham Airport Specialist Hub," "we," or "us" pertains to the service-providing company, while "you" and "your" refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2.1 Ensure that sufficient time is allocated for your journey, especially for airport transfers where timely check-in is crucial. Wokingham Airport Specialist Hub will not assume responsibility for delays caused by your failure to allocate adequate time or for your unpreparedness at the designated pick-up time.
2.2 It is your responsibility to request a car size suitable for both passengers and luggage. Wokingham Airport Specialist Hub does not guarantee transportation of excessive luggage. Note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair access should specify this during the booking process.
3.1 The quotation provided by Wokingham Airport Specialist Hub is based on the information furnished by you. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged separately if applicable. We reserve the right to modify the quoted amount in the event of significant changes to the proposed itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and covers airport parking costs. Any waiting time exceeding this limit will be subject to the standard waiting rate. While we endeavor to accommodate delays by reviewing flight details, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review and ensure its accuracy. Failure to notify Wokingham Airport Specialist Hub of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any soiling, damage, or negative impact on the vehicle by a passenger may incur a cleaning cost.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the car is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.
4.4 The number of passengers carried is restricted by licensing or insurance regulations.
5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Wokingham Airport Specialist Hub, notify us at the earliest opportunity. Cancellation after dispatch incurs a charge based on the distance covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.
5.2 Online bookings canceled before dispatch may be subject to a charge.
6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrival, Wokingham Airport Specialist Hub is not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. We bear no responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.
6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.
6.3 In case of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.
6.4 You will not hold Wokingham Airport Specialist Hub liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.
6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8.1 Wokingham Airport Specialist Hub may subcontract obligations as per this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any obligations or rights under this agreement.
8.2 We may modify terms and conditions, and such changes will be reflected on this page. Review these terms regularly, and existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 We handle information according to the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Wokingham Airport Specialist Hub and yourself.
8.5 Nothing in these terms and conditions confers benefits to a third party. No third party can enforce rights under this agreement without written consent.
Any dispute or claim must be submitted within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims made after this period will not be entertained by Wokingham Airport Specialist Hub.
